Let It Snow Movie Adaption
The YA book Let It Snow co-written by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle will be turned into a film by Universal. The book’s film rights were optioned by Universal last September following the huge success of Green’s first book to film adaptation The Fault in Our Stars.
The studio announced that the movie will appropriately open in theaters on December 9, 2016 with a script by Kay Cannon (who wrote the first two Pitch Perfect films).
Meanwhile, the adaptation of Green’s Paper Towns will be hitting theaters next month thanks to 20th Century Fox (with an author cameo - so excited!!!). And Wyck Godfrey, the producer of Fault and Towns, recently tweeted something that suggested Universal’s adaptation of Looking For Alaska will be seeing a release next year as well:
So many excited news. I'll need a hug...e popcorn and a Cola and let the miracles begin *-*
