Aloha, amigos :3 ! It's Sunday so it's time for a weekly update ^.^ Let's do this!
I'll start with movies this time, because a lot of interesting trailers just arrived online and I want to share with you, guys :)
Now, who loves Daniel Radcliffe? Everyone knows him because of the "Harry Potter" series, but what would you think about him if I told you that he will play in "Victor Frankenstein"? Well not as Victor Frankenstein himself, but as his assistant - Igor! Everybody’s familiar with the Mary Shelley story, but "Victor Frankenstein" is a retelling of the horror tale from the perspective of Igor. It’s been described as “a love story” between Igor (Radcliffe) and Frankenstein (McAvoy), and it also stars "Downton Abbey"’s Jessica Brown-Findlay.
Talking about people you love... I think everybody knows that I had a - huge! - crush on Nat Wolff. If you didn't, now you know! And he will play in this new film called "Ashby" alongside Emma Roberts. This is more than amazing for me - and I think for all Nat's fans - because he's a really great actor and if you want to convince yourself, try "TFIOS", "Paper Towns" or "Suck in love" or "Palo Alto" (also with Emma). Trust me, he's good! Now, about "Ashby", here is the synopsis:
Awkward Ed Wallis (Nat Wolff) moves to a new town with his single mom (Sarah Silverman) and needs help fitting in. Brainier than his peers, Ed figures playing high school football might be good way to make more friends, but his only new friend Eloise (Emma Roberts) thinks it's odd. When Ed gets an assignment to write an essay about someone from an older generation, he introduces himself to his neighbor Ashby Holt (Mickey Rourke) and the two embark on an unlikely, immediate friendship. Ashby’s style of tough love takes some getting used to but, over time, Ed learns a lot from Ashby, including how to be courageous… which is very much needed when he learns his new best friend is a former CIA assassin.
I think everyone knows that boy, Patrick Schwarzenegger! And some of you may know Bella Thorne as well. Now, put them together! Because they will play in a movie called "Midnight Sun". Patrick will play Charlie which revolves around 17-year-old Katie (Thorne) with a rare condition where exposure to sunlight would be fatal. This boy will take her mind off her illness for a summer. Apparently "Midnight Sun" is an adaptation of a Japanese film from 2006, and is angling to be a teen version of everyone’s favorite Nicholas Sparks tearjerker.
I've told you last week about all those Disney movie which will be soon on screen, but perhaps the most impressive debut, though, will be Emma Watson as Princess Belle in the live-action musical version of the Disney classic "Beauty and the Beast". Joining Emma onscreen will be "Downton Abbey" actor Dan Stevens, who will be playing Beast. All good, but do you want to know the date? The film hits theaters March 2017. 2017! Till then I could play Belle myself ~.~
Now, who wants more of Dylan O'Brien? One of my bae's to be honest :)) I told you about "Scorch Trials" and now we have another sneak peek. I saw the first movie and my advice is: GO TO SEE IT ON THE CINEMA! It's more feeling-full - is that a word? -; trust me!
And now, the waiting is over with these amazing "AHS: Hotel" trailers. Last time I showed you a poster and now... Omg, they are amazing and for those who watch the tv show: can this be more exciting?! I seriously love this tv show, maybe more than I love "Teen Wolf" ^^" I feel like october is coming!
Attention: do not watch if you scare easily! :D
And we have some sneak peek of Lady G's outfit below. Let me know what do you think about it :) !
Speaking about Lady G, she recorded a new song, a cover actually! Lady Gaga’s “Till It Happens To You,” a track written for campus sexual assault "The Hunting Ground", will be featured in a video PSA directed by "Twilight" helmer Catherine Hardwicke. Gaga has a personal connection to the material, having spoken out in the past about being raped by a record producer when she was 19 years old. The video, shot in black and white, “casts an emotional spotlight on young women in vulnerable situations that college students will readily recognize,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Gaga collaborated on "Till It Happens To You" with songwriter Diane Warren, who explained: "There are a lot of levels to the song. There’s something very vulnerable about it and something very defiant about it, especially the way [Gaga] sings it. The first verse is vulnerable — 'You tell me its going to get better?' — and the second verse comes in and it builds. "Really? It gets better? No. You don’t know until it happens to you."
I didn't find the song on YouTuBe, but you can listen to it on Facebook here :)
"Harry Potter" fans around the world! 17th of August - the day filming has begun on "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", the HP spin-off - will be stuck forever in calendar. According to the studio, principle photography on the movie is in the works (i.e. the actors are on set doing their thing), and it's all going down in Leavesden, England, the very same magical land that all eight of the Harry Potter flicks were filmed.
The premise revolves around the same wizarding world you know and love from reading and re-reading and re-re-reading the beloved series, and it stars Eddie Redmayne as magizoologist Newt Scamander, Katherine Waterston as his wife Tina, Alison Sudol as Tina’s sister Queenie, and Ezra Miller as Credence.
The movie hits theaters November 18 — unfortunately the date in 2016, not in two months.
And now, in the end, let's play some music! Enjoy ^_^
